Hey there friend - thanks for stopping in! My name is Grace Austin, and I am a recent college grad with a passion for health and fitness. Mental health and movement are such a vital part of my life, and I want to share my enthusiasm for these with the world! With the help of therapy, healthy eating, finding the best medication/supplements for me, and a faithful combination of meditation and yoga, I’m feeling super confident physically and mentally. As things are finally coming together, my life is a little less like Post Malone’s “I Fall Apart” and more like “Good as Hell” by Lizzo. My goal here is to share my best advice with y’all through this space. Fitness has been a huge therapeutic element of my journey, and I hope to show as many people as possible how “movement for the sake of moving” can have amazing results for our bodies and minds.
